Driver's License Information 
 

Driver License services are provided by the Duval County Tax Collector’s Office. Nine locations currently process driver license transactions (link to office locations). An additional $6.25 service fee is charged for services provided by the Tax Collector’s Office.

  

All of our offices sell uncertified driving records. (MVR motor vehicle reports) The record can only be obtained by the person who owns the record. The fees are as follows:

  • A 3 year record: $8.00 plus $6.25 service fee
  •  
    A 7 year record: $10.00 plus $6.25 service fee
  • A complete record: $10.00 plus $6.25 service fee

HAZMAT fingerprinting now available by appointments at our Gateway, Commonwealth, and Hogan Road Locations!
